It appears that retailers are starting to slash the price of the 645 FA 25mm lens ahead of the announcement of the new ultra-wide angle lens for the 645D.

This looks like a Japanese store- you know that lens prices there are considerably lower than in the US, right?

I knew about Mamiya products used to sell for a lot less in Singapore (Cathay photo) than what they're going for in the US, but I wasn't aware of the price difference for Pentax equipment. A round-trip ticket to Tokyo is $1,300. Fly out to Japan, buy a lens and get the air fare almost for free.
