Hi,
Not to cause trouble, but I was just able to use the code and get 2 year renewal for $9.98.
So it still worked for me.

Popular Photography? So how often does the Pentax name show up? Deal is still working though, thanks for posting.

Looks like the deal is back up, thanks. But when I get to shipping address, It only seems to allow USA even thought it says "state/province" .

Did any Canadians get it to work?

I wonder if it's so cheap because they sell your contact info to marketers.

It's showing $14 now. It was worth it for $5, but in my opinion, it's not for $14. It's a mediocre mag, at best. I'd choose 7 other titles at the newstand over this one.

I'm not complaining at fifteen bucks for 3 years.

Actually, I saw at the library that they did cover the K-3 and K-50 in timely fashion with full reviews. 😀 It would appear from the perusal I took that their reviews do have the virtue of consistency with respect to applying reasonably well-defined measurement criteria and practices. That puts them well ahead of the majority of internet and YouTube sites attempting reviews. As always, FWIW. But I found it easy to compare K-3 and D7100 -- the final interpretation is up to you.

DiscountMags has similar deals on PopPhoto, Outdoor Photographer, and various other photo magazines quite often (about once a month). If you didn't get a deal this time around, it's worth checking back periodically.

Well, this one really got me started. My magazine reading had lapsed severely due to all the info/articles/stories flooding my email box and the closing of Borders. Because of "circumstances", all my magazine subscriptions had expired, mostly a good while back. So in three mini buying frenzies since this March deal, I've subscribed to 18 magazines so far, 4 of the photographic variety!

FYI, here's the bottom line: 18 mags and 22.25 subscription-years... 362 issues total... at a cost of $112.04; or just under 31 per issue, zero "shipping charges". Plus a free hat! It's kind of amazing what a little googling can turn up in pretty short order these days.

Does anyone really find much value in these magazines? I find that they don't really serve as real learning tools. Material tends to be superficial, and they are more about discussing the latest gadgets than skills building.

Well, they do occasionally have purty pictures in them...
