Great lens, but there's way more than 6 of them, and in the US a price of $4700 equivalent is a bit much for a lens that goes new for $5k....

The conversion back into Dollars shows just how much we get cheated in the UK. The Amazon UK price for this lens is £4,499.99 ! http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sigma-500mm-Nikon-Digital-Cameras/dp/B0009F3MN8/ref=...gma+500mm+f4.5 - the seller will probably be offering a considerable saving over the price he paid in the UK.

Also says it is available to PU (Pentax User) members which I take as PU members only.
