Just ordered it through the link on the site....the discount took a some of the sting out of having to pay sales tax (affects NY and NJ residents).

it's a screw drive.
the f/3.5 version is HSM

Price is definitely right but I already purchased Sigma 10-20mm F3.5 last year.. Definitely pleased with that model!

Hmm should I get this Sigma or save up and later get the samyang 10mm?

The 4-5.6 is a screw drive, and the focus ring rotates when the lens is autofocusing. Kind of annoying, but you learn to live with it.

I don't use mine much since I picked up the 15mm, but it's a great lens! I particularly love using it for getting very, very close to things and distorting the heck out of them (like my dog's face… or the front of a classic car)

I went with the reviews for the Sigma 10-20mm F3.5 and glad I did but i did pay more. At the time, it was between the Sigma 10-20mm and Pentax 12-24mm F4 for me. If the Pentax would have been more in line with pricing,
I would have done that. Samyang 10mm is still vaporware and autofocus is something that i wanted.
