No, it's just for the K-50. The K-5 IIs now includes a free flash, though:

Nice deal, the added SD card and bag is nice. I guess the real question making this deal a no-brainer is how good is the flash? seems to get decent reviews, but not much features?

even without all that extra throw-in goodies, this is a really solid deal. Doesn't make much sense for anyone to buy a K-500 if the K-50 is this cheap. Also, at this price, the K-30 doesn't make much sense unless you like the cosmetic appearance more.

I thought the k-50 was just cosmetic, the only difference from the k-30?

Cheap for new but I know some used k-30s sell for around 320ish with about >3k clicks. Kind of on the fence about this.

It's almost the only difference, but there are a few slight changes. It's certainly not enough of a difference to make you upgrade from a K-30 to a K-50. And if you can get a low-shutter-count used K-30 for $320, it may be worth the $100 savings over a brand-new K-50 with warranty.

See a thread I started a while back comparing the K-30 and K-50:

Yeah but for 100 more I get brand new flash, bag and SD card and free shipping . the flash sells 80 used on B&h. Might be the same price if I bought a used k30 plus those accessory, maybe more if the k30 doesn't have free shipping. I feel it really boils down to if the bag is decent, and if the flash is something I'd want. Gotta research once I'm home if the flash is decent. Though if someone has the flash reading this, would you vouch for it?

thanks for the link comparison BTW!

The key difference between the K-50 and the K-30 is the body design, custom color options, addition of ISO 51200, and the addition of native eye-fi support. Also, the K-50 ships with a much more affordable DA L 18-55mm WR lens, which is about half the price of the DA 18-55mm WR that shipped with the K-30.

If the difference is just $100, I'd go for the Adorama kit- remember, you get the free extras, warranty, and 4% back in rewards.

Will this be a good upgrade over the K-7?
Or should I spend a bit more for the K-5 IIs for $200 more?

I'd probably go for the K-5 IIs- it'll deliver the same ergonomics as the K-7 while improving the image quality and AF.

I find the k30 was a huge upgrade to the k-x. Which in many regards the k-xx was as good as the k-7. I will be honest, I like my k30 (which the k-50 is the same) more than my k5II. The k30 is a huge upgrade in AF from the k-7, but the k5ii series are better in low light.
