From reading the website, it's a plug-in. I've made the purchase, and my first impressions, as with the Topaz bundle from a couple of years ago, are that it's good value, but needs a fair bit of learning and experimentation to truly get the best out of. Nonetheless, even some of the presets show great promise.

I agree-I went for it and think it could be really useful if I understood what those sliders do--I'm in hunt & peck mode.
