but don't they often say during Black Friday that Black Friday prices are not matched for prior sales? I feel like I read that last year... Could you possibly reach out to each of them and verify?
Could be. You should post in the Ask B&H forum to double-check.

That's the B&H/Adorama store policy, so as long as you're within 30 days you'd get a credit.
Isn't the FA77 only $790 at times on Bnh? Can we expect this kind of deal on BF week? Thanks.

I seem to recall seeing it at $796, but I wouldn't swear to it...

Last year, the 77mm was $826 and the 31mm was $966. Here's the price list:

This year's deals will likely differ based on supply/demand, as usual.

Ricoh must be trying to clear inventory for new HD versions. This is the second big sale in a couple of months and it isn't even Black Friday yet. A friend of mine bought the 77mm on sale a couple of months ago and the box still had Hoya on it, so they have been sitting on inventory for 3+ years.
Isn't the DA20-40 also has the new HD coating? Don't think that there is an old SMC version of this lens unless of course, I could be wrong.

$697 for DA 20-40 limited?? Damn, now that's a price that is making me seriously think about it.
I grabbed an open-box copy elsewhere for $679 last week and thought I had stolen it glad the price has slipped for others! My copy seems quite acceptable but a few tests remain.

The HD 15mm is calling my name! I don't know if I can resist this one.

Uh, oh. I was going to spread out the acquisition the FA43, DA* 60-250, and Sigma 17-50 over an indefinite time period.

But, with this...?

I'd like to find a used 15mm.

I hope the give this rebate in NL. Because after import taxes here in the Netherlands, 15mm from B and H, I'd only save about $100--certainly a good deal, but still over my budget.
I'd like to find a used version around 250-300 euro's.

I see that Adorama is offering a free three year New Leaf drop and spills warranty. Wonder if the Pentax extended warranty will be offered like last year. Also, both Adorama and B&H are offering free expedited shipping. B&H lists the sale period till November 3rd. Adorma doesn't give an end date.... AND for those with deeper pockets, Adorama has the DA 560mm listed for $5,996.95!

I wasn't really in the market for another lens. (I already have the 18-135, WR 55-300, the 77mm f/1.8, the 50mm f/1.8, the 15mm f/4, the Sigma 17-70 and 150-500, plus the Tamron 90mm macro.) Weight is a major concern for me (bad back, messed up hands) so much as I'd love to use a lens like the 50-135 or 200mm f/2.8 regularly, I'm not sure it's practicable for me.

On the other hand, I'm starting to appreciate my primes more, so I decided to splurge on the 35mm f/2.8 macro. (I tell myself that the macro capabilities justify the expense.)

Damn. FA77 @ $846. That's a good price for a new one, isn't it? Do I really need that MIJ engraving?

Looks like you've completed the trinity!

It also looks like they've extended the sales to November 3rd. More time to brood deliberate!
