And the promo is still going as of now. Thanks! I love my K-10D, but I have to do a lot of noise reduction, though the good news is that, shooting RAW, it usually works well. Nevertheless, I expect some significant improvements with the K3, and have old Pentax lenses from my wife's K1000 student days. Two bodies... I used to think of that as the best way to go, even though I never actually did it: one loaded with Kodachome 25 and the other with b&w film, that was the dream. I grew up in Arizona, hence the slow film speed. Heck, even the future was bright then, along with the sky...

Personally I think they are going for an increase in market share...yes there are those among us who liked Pentax from the get go... but maybe they are trying to poach some of the canikon folks for a long term benefit....

I really think this is THE deal~Black Friday & Cyber Monday seem to be glutted
with point & shoots or low end DSLR's...and the deal at B&H on glass & the 540
speedlight was too great to pass up...plus I just don't think this will last until Friday~

The one thing I know NOT to do is do not place your order by phone to B&H.
Click on any B&H link on this page, then put the k3 with free battery grip in
your cart.
Then put the 540 pentax speedlight in your cart @ 359 dollars, when you go
to check out it will give you a 309 dollar credit.
THEN talk to "chat support" and tell them that you would like to get the same
deal that Adorama is offering/which is their k3 with grip for 100 less with the
promo code: EARLYPEEK
Support chat told me they would make sure that all of the credits would be
applied and that PentaxForums.com would get credit for the linked sale.

The prime lenses I got, show up for about 181.95, the same as Adorama,
but when they are purchased with the k3 they are significantly discounted.
