You may need to update some of the prices on that. i.e. the DA 35mm and 50mm are listed significantly cheaper at B&H than on the site's BF list.

$258 at the Pentax Store with free shipping, if you click straight through from the item, and tax only in 3 states.

Wow awesome, thanks a lot! I just ordered one... Super stoked! Who says it doesn't pay to complain? Had I not posted this complaint and elicited your response, I may have never clicked on the Pentax webstore deals thread...

I'm waiting for mine too. Now, if its a good copy I wonder what a DAL55-300 will sell for?

So how do we get free shipping again? It keeps coming up with about $10 in shipping charges. Plus the website doesn't seem to like the PayPal selection.

Clear your cookies, use FireFox, go to the item, click buy now, go through the purchase process WITHOUT going to any other screen. That is what did it for me. Good luck.

I had to clear my cookies, go to the site again, signed up for the newsletter, clicked the link to the web store from the e-mail I got about signing up for the newsletter, then clicked the "buy it now" link for the lens, and the free shipping applied.

guys....just wondering...I was after the Sigma 18 50mm f 2.8 and 150-500mm, currently showing as $469 and $769 respectively across all sites including amazon. Can anyone please advise if this is regular price or only Black Friday price. If regular, I'd rather wait when I have move discretionary cash.

Are you talking abt the 17-50 2.8 for 469? It is indeed the 2nd lowest price.
Usually it sells for more than 600. Good deal IMO.
Chardi kala!

I jumped in line right behind you and will be waiting also. I've been holding out for the WR version.

I was about to pull the trigger on the DA 55-300 WR, even though I have the original DA 55-300. At just under $260 it's an excellent deal and I can give my old non-WR lens to my niece. But the truth is, what I'm really waiting for is the 135-400 telephoto that has been on Ricoh's lens roadmap for an eternity and has yet to appear.

I also was seriously considering the DA 20-40mm Limited at under $700. But the very uneven reviews have convinced me there are quality control issues with this lens. A pity. I really want to like this piece of glass.

All told, I'm beginning to think my money would be better spent on a Sony RX100 III right now. Meanwhile, I should probably sit on the sidelines and wait to see how the Pentax story shakes out. I have plenty of Pentax gear that works just fine.

I really must apologize for being negative. The Black Friday prices are, for the most part, quite good this year. If anyone sees something they want at a price they like, they should by all means go for it (and use Adam's links!). But I have to wonder when a longtime Pentaxian like me hesitates even at these prices.

Adam, I purchased my pentax converter before you had a link using the DA*300 link. When will I gain a month's sellers access to the marketplace.

Let me know if you need an invoice number and thanks for adding latter. $50 is the deepest discount we have seen on the 1.4x converter.

Do these Black Friday sales at B&H and Adorama usually continue through Monday or do they end at midnight tonight? I cannot remember from last year!
