Unless you can show REAL hardship or damages caused by a breach of contract no. Even then I'd imagine there is small print I never read that strongly favors the merchant in arbitration. Other than that send some messages to Pentax/Ricoh telling them your experience, and shop elsewhere in the future not recourse but could make you feel better
P.S. This and previous PWS orders have been the worst retail experiences I've ever had. I've bought counterfeit products and was happier at the end of the day it was resolved. I feel these guys just leave you hanging. I wonder how many future/current Ricoh customers this is turning away? Not saying I'm going to jump ship but still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This is where you get linked to buy from the Ricoh homepage how can it not reflect on them?
