Thanks for the post Weevil. Ordered a Manfrotto 190XB and 486RC2 ball head for $112. Ordered Sunday, received yesterday. A nice addition to my new K-50 and 18-135WR.

I got my order today, very pleased. Great price, fast delivery. I was considering a heavier gimbal for a while, then my lighter one developed some looseness from wear. Got a previous generation (2011) model Jobu mid range model. Thanks to the folks at lens and shutter.

A similar thing happened with Don's Photo in November. When they didn't have enough inventory, they at least offered customers a comparable product at a discounted price. They did ship out their remaining stock of Pentax SMC FA 35mm F2.0 for the sale price. And unlike lens & shutter's discounted lenses, it was a brand new, never used lens.

I ordered a Tamrac Rally 6 camera bag on Dec 28, and it arrived today. Good deal I think - $24 + 12 for shipping.

Received my Sekonic L-358 and Hoya ND filter today. Items are new and unused. Although the Sekonic appears to be old stock, everything was still in its plastic seal. Even the battery appears to be in full power. I was just happy it survived the -18C temps in the mailbox! While I didn't get the original 8x ND filter I ordered, I was offered a cancellation or a switch to another available filter, the Pro1 X4, which I took. While I would have liked to get the darker filter, I understand that I wasn't quick enough on the trigger (I dithered for a couple of days). Overall, I'm pleased with Lens and Shutter's service.
