Originally posted by robtcorl I have a tv coming today from Amazon.
Checked out on Wednesday, yesterday the price was down by $19, so I contacted them, and they gave me an adjustment.
Today the same set is back up to the original price I paid.
Strange pricing changes happening there lately.
It's Amazon's dynamic pricing. If suddenly there is a lot of interest in a given item - better yet, if a number are sold within a certain amount of time - the price goes up. Supply and demand. That said, the lower price may come back in a few days or weeks if people stop buying the black Q-S1 body at the higher price - or stop clicking on the item to check it out. That said, if Deb was that close, she should still contact them.
