I got one of those in the recent K-50 bundle special from Costco--any idea what the little loops on the top flap are for?

I got the bag in a K-50 bundle from Adorama, I don't know what the loops are for but I do like the bag. I usually have a camera with a lens on it in the main section and maybe the small flash, and maybe a couple of small primes in the end pouches. I'm sitting here now thinking if I need an additional one, pretty tempting.
