I use one of those as my every day bag. I can just put it on and roll. I can carry a camera body with a lens attached and 5 lenses comfortably without using the top section. You can carry two camera bodies in there as long as you take the lens off of one. That would be two bodies (one with lens) and 3 spare lenses.

I am sure it would fit a FF once it comes out. If that's your concern get the FF camera first then worry about the bag later.

Adorama also has the deal on Amazon & ebay.

I wish they would show more images. How does the back look? Are the lilac stripes pockets? Any dedicated space for a water bottle or hydration bag?

If an owner could chime in or point me to better images that would be excellent; I'll keep searching the web.

edit - much better image @ PKWebstore -

still like to know more though.

What you see in the image is what you get. Mine is complete black with red logos. On a closer look mine is a slight bit different exterior design.

The back is some mesh stuff with padding. The overall dimensions of the bag are in fact quite small.

No water bottle holder. none of that.

The bag is quite small. The K-5 with a battery grip barely fits in the center pocket.

I used to carry the K-5 w/ DA L 55-300, DA 18-55 WR, and 3 or 4 other lenses. Say A 135/2.8, FA 50/1.7 & A 28/2.8.

I could use a new bag. $20 is not a bad price at all!

Are the dividers movable or are they permanently sewn in?

How big of a lens can I mount on a K-3 with a battery grip and still have it fit in the middle compartment? Would I be limited to small primes or can I have something bigger like a DA 18-135?

The dividers have Velcro. The 18-135 should be alright. But a K-3 with a grip will be a tight fit with any lens.

So the total height of the body + grip is too much for the bag? How much stress does it put on the zippers? I would hate to stretch them out so much that they fail prematurely.

This is a very good bag. I have used it for almost 4 years and it has held up well. Its light weight very well padded and easy on your back. In fact it is not a shoulder back pack. It is a sling pack that goes from right to left.
K-x/K-5 with 55-300mm is a nice snug fit in the main compartment. 3 additional lenses can be carried (not using the top compartment).
Lots of pockets and dedicated pockets for memory cards (about 6 of them).
This bag is very comfortable for long hikes and has good padding on the back and on the belt. Mine had a waist strap for tucked up carrying while on trails.
At times I have have put a K-5ii+DA6-250 (with tripod mount rotated upward) in the main compartment albeit very tight snug fit but possible.
Has taken some abuse from my use. For $20 its a no brainer for a kit and couple of extra lenses and a flash. Stays well balanced with one body in the main compartment. 2 bodies may not be recommended unless you are ok with shuffling stuff in the bottom compartment to fit the body without the lens.

I have one of these and use it all the time. Very satisfactory. Has held up well for some years without any seam or zipper failures. I do use a different bag if I want to pack my 60-250mm on the body. Works for a second body too, as long as I'm using any DA prime or other smaller lenses.

To decide if it fits your set-up, here are some dimensions:

QuoteQuote:
Dimensions (Exterior)
9.5 x 16.0 x 5.0" (24.1 x 40.6 x 12.7 cm)
Dimensions (interior)
Top compartment: 6.5 x 3.5 x 3.75" (16.5 x 8.9 x 9.5 cm)
Middle compartment: 8.5 x 5.25 x 3.75" (21.6 x 13.3 x 9.5 cm)
Bottom compartment: 7.5 x 4.0 x 3.75" (19.1 x 10.2 x 9.5 cm)

I have one of these and use it to carry my kit to basketball games. It's no-frills but gets the job done, and $20 is an amazing price for it. The bottom pocket can easily hold a Sigma 70-200 II lens, and there are velcro pockets on the inside of the top and center compartment covers.

Bottom compartment: 7.5 x 4.0 x 3.75" (19.1 x 10.2 x 9.5 cm)
I don't understand these dimensions.
Normally all compartments will have the same width and height, so two of the three dimensions will be the same.

Each has the same height - front to back internally is 3.75"

But the bag has a curved top and the middle section bulges out to the side, so the first dimension, which is side to side, varies.

I'm biting the proverbial bullet and shrinking my kit to 2 zooms + 5 primes. Maybe a small bag will help limit my acquisition.. ??
Naah but still a good idea
