Pentax HD DA AW 1.4x converter $399

At KEH. Don't know if this is a good deal or not but I've seen them at the other sale sites for much more:

I believe most lenses etc, are used to some extent sold at KEH. But EX is better than BGN.

The 1.4x converter has been around a year and a half. I was just pointing out that for it to end up at ~80% of original condition it must have seen a bit of use. And it's only $100 less than you can buy it new with a warranty. There is a $100 instant rebate at the moment.

That's why I posted the above I just quoted myself. So, it's not a good deal then? All I can say is, I tried to find a good deal for some member.

It would be a good deal if a new one wasn't $495. I'm sure it will still be there when the current deal runs out.

I'd much rather have a worn TC than a worn lens. With no moving parts except for the aperture lever there isn't much that can go wrong in a TC...
