They provided a tracking number 2-3 days ago, but it never shows any update, still shipping information received.
I ordered a lens from them last year. Ended up calling after a few days when tracking number showed no progress. In that case they indicated they had uploaded wrong tracking number to eBay. Lens did arrive a few days later and was as described (grey market I am sure).

I pulled the trigger for two. I'll sell one locally and probably keep one to replace my K-5 as a backup/family camera.

If I have known this earlier (specially the price) I'll get this over a second hand K-5ii's as I am increasingly using the LCD due to its focus peaking.

My order finally showed update in shipping tracking, 2 days after I sent message to seller. But the package stays at the original location for 3 days now, without further updating.
Well, hope I can get it before weekend.

I'm sure it'll arrive although it can take a while. That's what we get for choosing free economy shipping

I purchased the KS-2 on 8/27 and it was delivered today. It was in OEM box, haven't had a chance to open and check out yet. I did select economy shipping.

I just received a message from PayPal that the seller has refunded me partially. It seems as though they sent half back and I would now expect them to only send one body. No message from the seller yet though, so I'll have to see what happens... It's kind of a letdown though as I was counting on making a little profit by selling one. It's what I do to keep the pentax hobby affordable.

Edit: another message: it's been shipped.Package weight is 2.8 lbs so I guess it's just the one then as I suspected. Can they just do that to cancel half of your order?

Asked the seller and they just replied that they couldn't fullfil my order and only sent the one. Not much help. Such nonsense when the camera was shown as 10+ in stock. The one I'll get will probably be fine, but it's stil a bit of a letdown.

I always wonder about these deals. I have had a long career at Kodak. They used to make cameras by the millions. In the mid 80's they loaded up a semi with pallets cameras and placed a seal on the lock. When the truck arrived at it's destination the seal was unbroken and the semi was empty. About 10,000 cameras simply disappeared. Then there was the guy who was taping 22 of those 110 Instamatic cameras to his body every day and simply walking out the door.

And there was no eBay or craigslist for the thief/thieves to sell the cameras.
Guess they stood on street corners saying: Hey buddy, wanna but a camera?
wearing a trench coat of course.

Looking at their Ebay Store, they must steal a lot of different things to be able to run it. :s
Hope it wasn't damaged when it fell of the truck.

Kidding aside, sure theft has been and is still going strong. But I just don't think this would be the case here. Sure it's a really low price, but feasible for grey market. The Yen is really low and so is the Canadian dollar.
I've bought a NIB K-3 from Ebay from Canada for $659. And like that one, this Ebay store has been there for a long time.
And now they've raised the price again, so more inline with the rest of the prices.
