Better than before but still no reason to choose this over the Adorama deal IMO!

It still strikes me as odd that companies package a flash with the K-3 and not the O-GPS1; the flash should be in a K-3 II package..

Because they want you to pre-order the new 24-70 listed in the lower right corner!

They have the other package deal with the 50mm lens and the battery grip for $752.56... But if you figure them separately with the lens at $103.56 and the grip at $189.00 ...The body comes to $460.00.... I would say,
I think that's a great deal ! I don't think your see it that cheap on BF ?

In my opinion, probably not that cheap. For BF they will most likely remove the freebies and drop the body by $100 or something like that.

I suppose this is a worthwhile deal for the person who already has a DA50 lens and doesn't want to double up, but for the ground-up first purchaser or someone who's interested in dabbling in primes (or who's not unhappy with flogging the other lens off to get money back) the competition is the winner here.

I think it WILL be that cheap. There is little reason not to blow out the old stock.. unless these preBF sales get enough attention and they either run out of stock or stick to the pricing due to demand.. last year the K-5 IIs with grip was 530 USD at B&H while Adorama had just the body for 500. Now THAT is a bargain!!

We'll have to wait and see! Hopefully there will be some exciting deals this year, since everyday prices have already been rather low.

Yeah, I was afraid it would be over before I sold my K10D.

The deal isn't over, you can still order the K-3 with 50mm and flash. The lens is on backorder. It will ship once it becomes available. I don't know how long it takes Adorama to restock but I'd assume it wouldn't be too long.

Well these are discontinued, fairly weak flash units that no one was going to buy anyways.. so they are trying to dump them.

But it does make sense NOT to include the OGPS1 device with the K-3. There isn't a whole lot extra going for the K-3 II over the K-3 and giving one of those differences as a bundle makes the K-3 II that much less desirable.

If there is a K-3, OGPS1, battery grip bundle for 650.. I'm first in line.
