Had anyone gotten their printer yet? I was notified it was shipped, but the only thing that arrived was the paper. The invoice inside said both items were shipped and three want any indication of multiple boxes but I'm assuming that is what they're doing. Their customer service is closed until Sunday... .

I ordered mine on 10/14/2015, and never got a shipping notification till 10/21. According to the e-mail, the packages will arrive on 10/23, and 10/26.

No. I got a notification with an order number that order number takes me to a screen that only tells me that it shipped not how many boxes.

Also I'm a ups choice guy, I don't have any pending shipments showing up yet.

I'm assuming this is what is going to happen for me. But I have no tracking other than the one box which turned out to be paper. I have no info on anything. So tomorrow I'll call their customer service line.

When I tried to check out I was going to be charged $299 for the printer and $183 for shipping to WA State, for a total of $483. What am I missing? .

Yup when I ordered mine in the previous thread they came separate, paper first, about two days apart. I just received my rebate card about two weeks ago.

OK - having "fun" again. I got my printer and paper. Now I'm trying to fill in the paperwork for the rebate card. There is an option to Pre-submit the form but when I follow the bread crumbs it won't allow me to submit. I put in the date and the promotional offer number - 8191360. As soon as I put this in the primary product serial number field vanishes (can't fill in that before then either) and the box to type in dealer name comes up. At that point I try to type B&H or BH and both fail to pull up any dealer (you are supposed to type first two letters and then dealer is selected from a list. I get - no dealer found.

Anyone else complete this and have different results?

OK - just off the phone with the Canon rebates customer service folks.

They say the "pre-submit" for this promo code is not live yet. It won't be live until the end of the week at the earliest. Crazy. In any case that's an optional step - so I'm going to pack my stuff in a padded priority bag and send it off.

I would still keep all the info and submit the presubmit form. It can really speed up the amount of time it takes for it to be processed. I got my rebate one week after Cannon received it. I did call once about the rebates progress and since I had done the presubmit form they able to help me right away.

I agree. What's weird is that this went live Oct 4th and ends Oct 31st. I can't figure out why they haven't gone live with pre-submission - that just seems sloppy.
