There are some interesting items over at Overstock.com. Grip for K-3 at $165. A white or red 18-55mm zoom, in case you need some color on your camera.

The listing says Pentax DA 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AL WR but I'm betting these are the DA L version pulled from a kit (it even says "New Non Retail Packaging" on some). I don't think the metal mount DA version is available in anything but black.

Which is Model Number 1855WRWE-OB and Model Number 1855WRRD ? That's what the listings show, anyway. Both say they include the hood, which is not included with the cheap-o plastic mount, is it?

They appear to have two white listings PN1855DALWEOB ($191.99 no mention of hood), 1855WRWE-OB ($137.99 Included items: Lens hood PH-RBC52mm), and one red listing 1855WRRD ($164.99 Included items: Lens hood). I agree that the lens hood is not usually included with the DA L kits. Interesting that they are actually asking more for the one which actually says DAL in the model number.

I was looking at the Lens Reviews in PF and it's interesting that they don't include the Part Number or Model Numbers for newer lenses.
Might be something to start adding, to help sort things out as various lenses have future modifications or evolutions.

Has anyone ever bought anything from Overstock.com? How was your experience? Are the products actually sold by Overstock, or do they have 3rd party sellers like on Amazon? Any chances of getting grey market items from there?

Purchased a number of items from O.co, no issues and customer service was great. Bought furniture here too for the home and office. One time there were issues, they just refunded the money, did not have to send the items back.

What I'd really like to know is how a bunch of DA 560mm lenses ended up at Overstock.com. It's not like it's a DA-L 18-55mm.

In amazon.com emmyphoto and electronics basket are selling DA 560 for $4200-4300 now - in case you don't want to order from overstock.com it's not that much more pricey now...
