The page is not there and a search of the Adorama site does not find this deal. Have they not put it up yet?

A similarly spec'd/priced Samsung PRO+ 64GB sd card formatted in a K3 II reports it can accommodate 1199 saved RAW images. Using the same simple metric, may I ask ask how this SanDisk compares? More, less, same number of RAW images?
Yes same number ont these ones

How was the write speed on the Samsung Pro+, I have been thinking about purchasing one to go in my K5II. I now have the 32gb SanDisk Extreme Pro and over the Christmas break tried shooting indoor raw+ pictures of my granddaughter in burst mode. I missed so many pictures just waiting for the buffer to clear

The Samsung PRO+ 64 SD Card in the K-3/K-3 II is very responsive. I can't say it is fast enough to catch a low flying grand-kid, so I dunno if it will solve your problem. I'm not a 'tester,' so my observation is subjective. You might wish to look into the K5/K5II/K-5IIs series ability to deal with the faster write speeds offered by Samsung/SanDisk/others. I understand the K-3 series has no trouble pushing data into the card, but the K-5's hardware may have an upper write speed limitation that does not permit making the most of the card's potential.

Good luck... M
Yes, the K-5 caps out at a write speed of around 30 Mb/s. Having faster cards won't hurt, but it doesn't speed up burst performance.

The K-3 can go all the way up to the upper limits of UHS-I.

INteresting info, but where did get those specs ? I used to look for them*, and was never able to find a precise spec about that... (* I have to admit that was a while ago though...)

Empirical testing, as the manufacturer does not provide this data (they only state whether or not UHS-I speeds are supported, and in the K-5's case, they are not).

Looks like the deal is back- even though today's stock of cards sold out, you can still place a back order at the reduced price.

Real world K3 II tests here:
Pentax K-3 II SD Card Write Speed Comparison of Fastest Memory Cards for the Pentax K3 II Digital Camera - Camera Memory Speed Comparison & Performance tests for SD and CF cards

Sandisk extreme pro is best but the difference is negligible.

This is a good deal. I think it's about $10 cheaper per card compared to the prices on Black Friday.

Since the Samsung PRO+ (95/90MB/s) cards were mentioned I thought I'd share the results of my Samsung PRO (90/80MB/s) 64GB card:

These cards are fast and have the same features as the SanDisk cards (Water / X-Ray / Shock / Magnet Proof). Plus they're white in color with a simple label which I think looks cool. Picked mine up from Micro Center for $20 after a price match with B&H.

If I read the listings correctly, B&H has the same memory at a reasonable price
