B&H has the Triggertrap dongle, shutter release cable, and flash adapter on sale for $30 today.

It's a marvelous gadget for controlling your Pentax (or any other camera with a wired release with appropriate cable) from a smartphone. You can do a regular shutter release, time lapses, GPS trigger (like a shot every 100 meters), sound trigger, etc etc. Same for a flash unit. If you've got more than one mobile device, one can trigger the other. Very nice.

FYI most of the features work better/only on Apple products.

I have this and the lag is 150+ms on android, and features are limited. Apple devices can trigger it is <5ms and get all the advertised functions. I use this with an old walkman to trigger flash is <1ms that is the way to go if you don't use apple products

The cable for Canon works for pentax.
