It isn't clear on the website (or at least it wasn't clear to me), but if you have a license key for DeNoise 5, installing the trial version of DeNoise 6 gives you get a free upgrade. If you are using DeNoise as a Lightroom plug-in, version 6 has the additional benefit of not having to be launched from within another photo-editing program (such as Topaz' Fusion Express).

How does one launch and use Denoise 6 without Fusion Express in LR 6?

I often am a harsh critic of Topaz plugins, but the denoise is good stuff. Definitely one of the better plugins at handling chroma noise.
