they have been around for a while ! I stopped following them after my last bad experience with it...

dunno, not in North America for sure ( @oneill told me that one would need to ship to Japan for a CLA as apparently they do not have the lab facilities for such a big lens here in N-A... and it would cost you an arm + a leg just in shipping ). I returned it to the seller who was kind enough to accept the return...
