I bought this bag the last time it was promoted here. The picture shown here and on the Adorama website is not accurate. The bag is narrower than the one shown here, and the overall dimensions are smaller. Also, the reviews are old, and may not reflect the size of the bag as it is currently. Since the price was very low, I did not return the bag after I bought it, but I am sad to see the same misinformation once again being relayed to the members of this forum.

Can you post pictures of the bag you received, so I can forward them to Adorama?

The specs say the bag measures 7.5W x 4.7D x 5.7H in, which certainly isn't very large.

Yeah, it's a pretty small bag. My wife and I use them for our Qs. They're great for that, especially for the price.

Here is a picture of the Lowepro Edit 110 Bag that I received from Adorama. Mine measures 6" wide (versus their stated 7.5" wide), 4.5" deep, (vs their stated 4.7" deep), and 6" high (versus their stated 5.7" high). The significant measurement is the width difference, and the picture that Adorama displays shows this difference when I look at their picture vs the bag I received.

Perhaps even more concerning than the size conflict is that the bag has no padding whatsoever on its bottom. That's not acceptable for a camera bag in my opinion, even a little, inexpensive bag like this one. Otherwise the bag's construction and materials are excellent.

My bag:

I recognize this bag from my local big box store, and the Adorama picture looks correct.

Does yours say "Edit 110" on the rear label? Here are a couple images borrowed off of Google Images. I'm guessing yours might be an Edit 100, or maybe an Apex model ...

Tanzer, thank you for your help in discovering my error. You are correct. I did indeed order/receive the Edit 100, not the Edit 110. I should have checked the model numbers more carefully. My apologies to Adam and everyone else for my mistake and for any inconvenience that I caused.

(I still think a camera case's bottom should be padded, even a small one like the Edit 100.)

Glad to help.

I like that Lowepro puts the label on all their bags. I've had some that I like, and some not so much. The fact they put the model names on the bags is helpful either way.

Regarding the padding, I always seem to wind up with more padded dividers than I need in my overall bag collection, so I put those on the bottom for extra padding. So obviously the answer here is to buy another bag ....
