$200 US. The seller says it is in good condition. Seems cheap

What brand strap is that?

Hubba hubba!
It's a "Lance Classic" ..... about $30us ...... It really is a good size for the K-1 ...... I happily dangle the camera with a DFA 150-450 on it whilst I fiddle with something.

Seriously those look magnificent! So if the 3 fa limiteds are known as the princesses, then your K trio are what...the 3 Kings? That wrist strap is nice too...I prefer those as well but have been using some $9 Joby ones...I may have to upgrade to something like yours once I get my K-1.

Correct. However, some sellers - either ignorant or unscrupulous - sometimes offer M 50/1:2.0 lenses (or K or A types) as 1.2's because they (either allegedly or deliberately) confuse the semicolon and the decimal point.
I definitely recommend being cautious about this. I bought one of these a few months ago, eBay sided with the seller, I sent the item back for a refund, and now I'm out both the lens and the money I paid for it.

The K Series Kings are the K28/2, K50/1.2 and the K85/1.8.

K 50/1.2 wide open on Ilford Delta 100 + LX ... home development in Ilfotech and scan with Epson V600 ... just messing around a bit.

Yes, the scans have dust, but I really do not care ... proves that it's film !

Yeah, if you can't clearly see the 1:1.2 on the front or the 1.2 position on the aperture ring, don't go there. The important thing to remember is that there is no M version.

Sorry to hear about your experience. It sucks when E-bay sticks up for the bad guys.

Oh, so that is really a thing then...the 3 Kings? Geez that K28/2 commands a nice little bit of $ though!

I remember seeing those first 2 JP and I very much like how they rendered on print but as much as I love how film looks ( I have fond memories of darkroom developing in several graphic arts classes a little ways back ) what I also love about digital is how accessible its made photography to almost anyone. Just a nice office, chair, computer and Lightroom Guess I'll have to look for some f1.2 club threads here now.

Why not...one more @1.2

How? You don't send the Lens back until the settlement of the dispute. I have been through this, it is black and white. You only send it back once the dispute is resolved. If you lost you keep it.

I contemplated buying a K28/2 yesterday that was on Australia ebay..... it went quite cheap (reqlly cheap of you were in$US..... good condition.... but with the K30/2.8 and a FA31 .... well I decided something 20. ish or so was more usefull. (I think I have LBA in control!)

I can really recommend the K30/2.8...... probally all one needs.... and a bit smaller.

Yeah I saw that posted in the "Price Watch" section, looked like a good deal.

Yep the K30/2.8 is a beauty as well!

How about something in the lower 20's for going a bit wider since for me 28mm is close enough to 31mm. I do like the build quality on the K's ...so what of the K20/4, anyone got any experience with that? Seems to get pretty good ratings...up till now I had been considering the FA* 24/2.

I have the K20/4 and the A20/2.8, both are very good but I would choose the A20/2.8 over the K20/4. The A has slightly better optics and has the speed advantage.

I will look into that thanks! What about the K24/2.8, any thoughts on that in comparison to the afore mentioned 2 lenses. The reviews are not bad and I recently saw some examples on the K1 thread over at clubsnap that looked pretty good.
