Going Out of Business
Final Production Run!
[...] As of May 9, 2016, we have a very limited amount of remaining material and are preparing to produce our final batch of screens, before closure of the business. What this means is that we will take orders until the final batch is sold out, and then begin to produce the screens to fill those orders. Until the batch is sold out, your order will be held in queue, to be processed in sequence, once production begins. [...]
It would be nice to have most of the last ones going to Pentaxers, and not to all the "riff-raff".

Wow, great deal. About $100 less than buying new, which of course you can't do anymore anyway. How lucky were you to stumble on that listing. Were you looking for it or happenstance?

It had been listed and I meant to buy it but I was too late getting back to it. It didn't sell. I kept it on my watch list and when he finally relisted it I pounced.

Plane was full!

(Mine went ISC -> Jamaica -> ISC -> Arrived USA -> Departed USA. I suspect it isn't meant to make sense).

Perhaps not.

Maybe the "Arrived USA -> Departed USA" is due to Customs screening? -- Well, that doesn't make sense, either, since I would assume that Customs on the destination country only would care or be involved. -- (?)

EDIT: Oh, I know what was happening during the "Arrived USA -> Departed USA" part -- the package had to be manually turned upside-down to be ready to ship to Australia.

I thought they went out of business years ago

Me too. The real irony is that I went to their site today for nostalgia and saw that they had recently done another run (I didn't realize HOW recently) and I was even sadder. Then I found this thread. Now I'm super bummed.

Sigh.
Yup I thought they folded years ago , guess it is a self fulfilling prophecy
