I just got into shooting film and have a Pentax K-1000 & ME Super. I think the ME is 35mm which is full frame. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

All three are - any film era Pentax that isn't an Auto 110 will be 'full frame'

In the picture I posted, where would the 6x7 645 Medium go? Larger then the FF or between FF & APS-C?

Larger. The film frame size are 6x4. 5cm & 6x7cm compared to the 3.6x2.4cm of FF. The 645 sensor though is only 4.4x3.3cm.

FF is the tiny on in the bottom corner. (though these might not be exactly to scale)
