As of an hour ago Another forum member brought to my attention that Adarama has several K-1's IN STOCK !
I grabbed one.....MINE.....Lol.

Adorama, and BH are out, Walked over there yesterday,
But found 5 at Cameta today (sat june 18)
I´m now the proud owner of a new K1

When I ordered mine the gentleman from Adorama said they received two smaller shipments.....one that had just come in and another that was expected this week. I noticed that the IN STOCK status changes very frequently right now....Just keep checking.....Often !

I ordered last week from Adorma and UPS missed my K1. now i need to wait 10 days to know where my K1 has gone.

I've had my K1 now for about 3 or 4 weeks. I've about exhausted myself trying to find any defects or software bugs in the K1. As far as I can tell, it is perfect in every way.

I hope and expect that your experience with your new K1 will be as enjoyable and fault free as mine has been. I love the features and image IQ, but just as importantly, I'm thrilled that Pentax's design and manufacturing quality control seems to have gotten everything 100% right this time!
