It was around 270 USD a couple of months ago at B&H.. price seems to really fluctuate..

I got one when it was that price. Pretty sharp, but autofocus is definitely questionable. Constantly searching. It just will not settle. Even on a flat surface. I use it mostly as a manual focus lens. For the price I got it for, I will keep it. Can't fight with the results it delivers. Nice range and weather resistant. I hope the new one will have better AF performance.

I bought that lens and get good results,......after it finally grabs focus. I would recommend that anyone considering this lens wait for the new one.
