Fulton is a good bit north of the Quad Cities, on the east side of the Mississippi, across from Clinton, Iowa. Too far for me, as I'm about 100 miles south of there, and would spend my lens money on gasoline just getting there and back.

That's fairly close to the quad cities. Only about 45 minutes away. Nothing trips my trigger though. Prices are ok, nothing bargain basement. Otherwise I'd make that trip. Good to see Pentax on craigslist though....

Thanks for the help in selling zzaletel!
I am planning on putting them on pentax forums marketplace today.

Putting my 150-500mm on craigslist / forums today.

Do you think I am selling the 70-200mm too cheap? Getting a lot of people asking about that. Maybe just a popular lens.

Thanks!

Your price is about mid range. On eBay they've sold in the range of $480 to about $575. So no, it's not too cheap. You can obviously sell it for whatever price you want, but there have been Pentax forum members that have overpriced their lenses on Pentax Forums and then they sit for 6 months or more and they whine about no one purchasing them. If you price it to sell.....it will sell.

It's not a $1,299 lens either. If you paid that you got screwed. Adorama's retail price on that lens is $769.

I have no idea why I typed that. I was way off. I will get that fixed ASAP. $799 was the sticker.
Thanks for pointing that out.
I would never raise the price, just curious why I got as many responses as quick as I did. I basically listed stuff for what I saw it went on eBay or the marketplace here. You have to be careful on ebay, some of the cheaper ones had issues listed in the auction so I excluded them since this one works great.

Thanks for the input!!!

IOWA is PENTAX
We recognize good products at a good price.

I first picked up the pentax bug in china where Pentax sat right beside the canon and nikon offerings...

I'd love to get together with some other Iowa Pentax owners. Would be a great opportunity to learn!
