Interesting to note that it qualifies for a one year warranty from Square Trade! If I had Eric's talent I'd almost buy it just for the heck of finding out what was wrong with it. However, I once deliberately bought a grotty "for parts" Spottie 500 that works properly apart from the meter, and with both that and a functioning S1a in my possession I don't need or want another meterless M42 body hanging about the house.
