Oddity, Pentax A 100 Dental Macro on Ebay, $459
Posted By: Clinton, 04-26-2017, 06:59 AM

I didn't even know this existed. Looks like it's the same as the regular macro, just with some additional markings.

I had one a year ago. It didn't seem so rare at the time so I sold it for a tiny price!!!

It's the same lens as the M 100 and I think the Take 100 before that. I see them all the time for $120-$150 CAD. I paid $100 for mine.
(I've also seen Super Tak 85 1.8's on Fleabay with $800.00 asking prices)

If someone offered me that for my LN/NIB Vivitar Series 1 105/2.5 P/KA Macro - I'd be tempted.

It actually came in a special box with ring flash and close up adapters. Saw one complete on the bay two or three years ago, but cannot recall the price.

I have a set I bought from a retired tog a few years back. The close up lenses are superb.

Do they sterilize that thing before they shove it in your face?

Except it has contacts and is fully functional on digital cameras and the M can only be used in stopped down mode.
