I'm not positive this covers anything past the K-3 II. You should check with Ricoh, because they have released new warranties with new (higher) pricing.

I have been waiting but I pulled the trigger today. This was too good of deal. K-1 and 24-70.

After I handle the camera I can get the grip later if I think it's needed.

No, sadly. Not for video, only for still image shooting.

Pentax have said that they may revise camera firmware for recent cameras to turn that feature on, but so far nothing has happened on that front.

The last Pentax with sensor-shift stabilized video, if I remember correctly, was the K-5II.

yes it is the one I have.
if it had manual ev controls and follow focus in video mode i would not look anywhere else.
