Adorama currently has the latest version of Photoshop Elements at $40 off for a final price of $59:

ATM, I've "given up" on Elements - replaced it by Faststone Image Viewer for everything except perspective-correction, for which I'm using Corel Aftershot (both free). And I'm not the only one in our UK Hillingdon U3A ("University of the Third Age") Digital Photo Group after one of the other members showed us what the 1st, and myself the 2nd, could do.

There was, and still seems to be, this link on ePhotozine - but I didn't take up the offer of the Pro version!
