At minimum to get it working, it looks like the front element is gone, the power zoom switch is missing, the hood needs to be replaced, and it is missing the drop-in filter holder. All of these might be difficult to impossible to replace.
The mount is off, but the contacts, screws etc. that are missing are all standard parts and are easily replaced. The baffle and PZ contacts might be a problem. The aperture lever is bent backwards, but that might be straightenable. The aperture ring is damaged, and I'd be concerned that it would be out of round and therefore stuck.
I thought parts might be worth it - I didn't realize front element was gone. Filter holder can be fabricated. PZ contacts if assume could be stolen from a cheap pz lens. Baffle sound like a 3d printing opportunity. Aperture ring, if it worked on "A" most wouldn't care.
Front element is the killer.
