Great deal! But wouldn't it be cheaper to just get the K-1 II (£1799) if you want the upgrade?

£400 is a lot to pay for the modest upgrade from the original K-1, unless you're a heavy user of very high ISOs.

I'd consider £100 extra to get the special edition with grip and extra battery as an even better deal: Pentax K-1 Silver Limited Edition Kit - LAST STOCKS!

The refurb K1 bodies are £1249, with 2 year warranty. I'm considering this but can't really justify it at the moment. I'd need a bigger bag and SDHC card to go with it

I jumped on the offer.

I was contemplating the special edition, it's a super offer, but unfortunately, if you buy one, you will never want to resell it and earn some money back :/
