Saw this today as I was browsing shopgoodwill.com:

That does look like a MZ-3 Special Edition, as it has the chocolate colored body with gold highlights.
The MZ-3SE was sold new with a 43mm Ltd lens.
Fairly valuable today as a Collector's Item.

It sold for $380. Not a bad price for a silver FA 43 with what looks like a very low serial number. And a MZ-3 for free...

I tried to confirm with seller about the condition of the items, functionality and whether 43 would be included and I got no response. I considered the item but decided against taking the risk. The lens could be decentered, has fungus or haze or oil on the blade etc. and there is no way of knowing.

If it's in the photos it's generally included on Goodwill. Untested - MZ-3 could well have a broken pinion. But even still, the 43's are really well built and resilient. Can't imagine it'd be a dud - didn't notice any damage. A roll of the dice but at $380 that's well below Ebay prices for the 43 alone.
