Why would anybody buy full frame camera with APC-S lens as a kit?

It's not even the right photo of the camera. Either a typo, or they don't know it's not a FF lens. Might be worth asking directly!

The seller is Cameta Camera. There are five kit options: only two of them (body only kit and kit with 28-105 mm make any sense). The rest three are with apc-s lenses. Is it kind of marketing strategy to make two meaningful deals more attractive? Or they are in wrong business? I am not for full frame right now but really would like to understand what's the point.

Probably just ignorance, IMO! The only official kit is the 28-105mm.
