Hey, the K-3 II might be old but it’s still a good camera. This seems like a great deal.

Remind me of a conversation I once overheard. It was at a funeral for a 89 year old gentleman. A younger man standing near the coffin asked a friend "who in the world wants to live to 89?" A soft voice from behind him responded "anyone who's 88".

Second body. Someone's K-3/3II broke. Someone wanting to get a good cheap camera. I don't know. It either case, it's pretty cheap.

My K3 II called.

It said "To each it's own. To some, that means ignoring them".
Then it went back to taking really great pictures.

Based on how pleased I am with my current (2yr old) K-3, I'm actually thinking a K-3ii would be a great addition to my stable, and would give me two bodies which are very similar, but with slightly different capabilities to give me flexibility for astrophotography, portraits, action, and wildlife.

I can't justify a KP at the current price, nor do I want the K-70, as it seems like a step down (or two) from the K-3 I have.

I'd love to have that silver K-3II... 1) To have a similar backup camera than my main one 2) Silver looks good.

You probably won’t be disappointed. If I had the cash I’d probably snatch up one of these too and use my original K-3 as my backup so I can retire my K-5 IIs.

The K-3ii is a wonderful camera. It would only be nicer in silver.

^ Yes. These are brand spanking new. It seems like they only have 8 of them. There were only 500 units produced worldwide. They're still selling the black one for $829, but it seems like they are no longer offering it with the grip.

Could of had this camera for 15% off of the $739 price with the recently expired ebay site-wide discount.

What a tempting offer! Have been thinking long and hard about a K-3 model or KP but this is a great price.
