You do not see one of these very often. $1953.00, excellent condition with caps. Way too much for me but maybe someone here can afford this wonderful piece of glass.

No recent pricing in the lens database;the most recent was in 2015 purchased for $1,350, and 2014 before that for $1,850.

If you got it I know you'd use it, and use it well. It would be a shame if it slinks off to obscurity on a shelf somewhere.

In Aussie Dollars and with import duty added that's going to be north of 3000. Not happening.

It's not like I don't have other options at the focal length; I'll just have to struggle on with my K135/2.5, DA*50-135 and DFA*70-200

Am I the only person who's astonished that a reputable shop will advertise an experienced item for just shy of $2000, and yet can't be bothered to take pictures of the actual item for sale?

B&H, Adorama, and KEH do not show photos of the used items they sell. However I have always found their rating systems to be rather conservative. With the amount of used items they sell it probably is not practical to take photographs of them all. I have always been able to get any information I need on a used item before purchasing it.
