The K-1 is currently available for $1599 from Ritz Camera (via Amazon). Seems to match the Arlington Camera deal thats also currently live.

I wonder if the big stores will reflect this price anytime soon.

Arlington says there is $350 instant rebate. Is that Arlington's rebate or Pentax's rebate?

The store's. This is more or less an exclusive deal right now.

Also the $350 is relative to the full MSRP, which is no longer current. It's a $150 savings compared to other stores.
