Noticing an "Exp. 10/27/18" on the awesome K-1 packages from Adorama. And I'm assuming that may be Eastern Time. So there may be less than a couple of hours to secure those deals.

You were right about that! The deal ended at midnight at both Adorama and B&H. It's still on at Amazon, but it's not yet midnight on the west coast.

Nikon users often value the D750 above the D500 because of higher ISO performance, so I personally believe there is a niche there.

Wow! It appears these K-1 deals are back again, at least temporarily! Adorama has the package deals again (with the battery grip, etc.), though it is on backorder. B&H has a similar price for the body. Still think these deals are too good to last - a great time to pick up a K-1 for anyone that is thinking about it.

Unless by "anytime soon" you mean 24 hours.

The deal was off during all of 10/28, but it's back today, 10/29. Apparently the first round failed to clear all of the inventory, so Pentax re-authorized the deal. These things are difficult to predict.

Well, its obvious Pentax is wanting to clear out inventory for their retailers because of coming product!

Adorama link is now indicating "We are sorry, this item is no longer available". B&H and Amazon (seller is The Camera Box) still show availability for the body only.
