They've got the discount implemented in an amusing way. A lens that I'm interested in didn't appear in the "select lenses" list, but I put it in my cart anyway and tried the promo code, just to see what would happen. Rather than giving me the expected "you can't use that code for this item" message, it politely knocked a penny off the total.
