Why wouldn't it have a warranty? Returned to dealer means no real first sale. Amazon doesn't (or says they don't) restock previously shipped items as new.

The good thing about Amazon Warehouse is that the price drops a bit if it doesn't sell for a couple of days. I bought a silver KP off of Warehouse for $590ish. It came in pretty much 'open box' condition. Shutter count of 3.

And the returns process is through Amazon if you're not pleased when you get it.

The FAQ says this:

Well... I bought it and finally, after 8 days, Amazon shipped it. I also bought the original poster 's, but Amazon cancelled my order for no clear reason.
