I spotted this hard-to-find bellows on eBay. Seems to have front and rear adapters - listed as Nikon as well as adapters for M39 and Canon EOS. Not sure which are OEM for the bellows (probably the Nikon). Also with EL-NIKKOR 50 mm and SUPER INDUSTAR-96U lens 3.5/50mm enlarger lenses.

I won't say it's a great price but these bellows are much sought after.

Why not pick up a used Cambo 4x5 and replace the lens board and back board? Be about $200 or less.
