Samy's has the Induro PHD3 dual-action tilt/pan head on sale for $79.99. This is an incredible deal, since the head originally sold for $379. I purchased one of these a while ago and it works great. I love it's many unique features, including smooth tension control and an incredibly easy to rotate quick release clamp.
