I want that 18-300 so bad.

I’ve been tempted by the 18-300 or even 18-200 as a one body one lens load out. I used to carry 2 bodies with the 16-85 and 55-300 PLM with an UWA or 100mm macro in reserve. But but now I often have my new dog with me on my casual walkabouts or outdoor event shoots and the the idea of traveling with one body and one lens thus less encumbered by gear is appealing. I’m usually carrying a collapsible water bowl, a 20oz of water and have a 16 lbs dog leashed to my belt.

But I’m already above a reasonable TO&E for gear.

If their remaining FF capable lenses were at this kind of a discount, I would be tempted, but since I picked up a K-1 here, I am trying to add only full frame compatible lenses. That 10-20 F/3.5 is sure tempting though! And a whole lot cheaper than the new DA*11-18. I have committed to a DA*55 from a member here so the budget doesn't work this month. If they have any stock left at these prices next month, I may end up grabbing one.
