I have no affiliation with the seller. Apparently brand new.

And it emerged just after I spent around 1500 EUR on mine :P Well, hell. However, no PayPal listed in payment options...

The listing claims "perfect reputation" and "customer support" - in English on a French account, but the account hasn't routinely been used to sell anything in the past 12 months, let alone photo gear. Suddenly they have 5 brand new lenses, offered for 1/2 of market value.

The rule of thumb kicks in here that if something looks too good to be true, it's usually because It's too good to be true

The account could have been hijacked!!!

It was a scam. I wrote the seller and even received a reply. Something close to “Need to sell because I need money quickly”. Shortly after that eBay told me that the account was hacked.

Be careful. This happens often on selling platforms like Amazon or eBay. If price is too good to be true, it will not be true.
