It is still on sale at that pice at B&H too, and Adorama has it at $149. But oddly enough the US Ricoh Imaging store still has it at full price

I had never heard of Greentoe, so I did a little research and it looks pretty good, I'll have to remember them next time I need to buy something. Thanks for the tip.

My pleasure - this is my first time using them, but I had heard good things too. I just got confirmation that Adorama has accepted the offer through Greentoe and will be fulfilling the order. So definitely legit, authorized retailer with full Pentax warranty backing. It did take a few days to process, however.

I just ordered the grip from Greentoe, hope this business is reliable? Shipping was free, so I will find out.

Yes, seems very legit. Though it took a while to ship. I ordered from Greentoe on November 3, but only today (7 days later) did I get a shipment confirmation from Adorama, which is fulfilling the order.

I cannot imagine wanting to make my KP even larger.
Even with the smallest grip, it is somewhat larger than the "Super Program" which I used with various focal lengths for over twelve years.

I agree, I'd like to have a vertical aid when I shoot portraits but the added weight would make the whole experience too cumbersome.
