Australian Pentaxians note. There is a 15% off EOFY sale on Pentax at DigiDirect. One of the best deals relative to the CRK price is the DFA 150-450 for $2617 (compared to $3499).

Well yes, there have been a few pics I have shot that have been worthwhile. Plus, I have had that much longer to become familiar with what I can and cannot do with this lens, in prep for my photography trip to Melbourne and back in September. But still........

You have nothing to worry about, DCXPERT store does not have a DFA 150-450 on their store at the moment.

What I do think is odd, is how cheap the DFA*15-30/f2.8 is on the DCXPERT store, only $1949.00 and with the sale 20% makes it $1649.00, whilst it's still $2136.00 on the Pentax Store.

There’s often been a price difference between the two. I don’t think they’re trying to fool anyone that there’s no relationship between the two entities, but it’s interesting that there’s still quite a difference in price for some of the items in DigiDirect, because their prices have usually been higher than the CRK equivalents. Perhaps DD has old stock.

I doubt DigiDirect has much stock at all. However, although usually more expensive than the Pentax Australia web site, they often have specific lenses that are cheaper for a while. It's always worth checking.

Possibly not. It’s that DA20-40 Limited price that particularly had my attention. It’s been around that value for quite a while now.
